Meet Alana
Hi, I’m Alana! A counsellor who supports women feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves to reconnect with their strengths and feel more grounded and confident.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, using strengths-based, solution-focused, and ACT-informed practices to help you move forward in ways that feel genuine and achievable.
Outside of work, I’m usually reading, enjoying the beach, or spending time with my Labrador, Jessie.
