Hello! I'm Alana Trudgeon, a qualified online counsellor based in New South Wales, Australia. I have a Diploma and a Bachelor of Counselling and am a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association.

I specialise in providing online counselling for women healing from abuse, people-pleasing and self-doubt.โ€‹

I understand the journey of finding your authentic voice and the courage to embrace it. I believe that we are all works in progress, and that's completely okay!โ€‹

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where you are heard and validated exactly where you are. Everyone deserves to feel supported on their path to growth and healing.
